I've stayed here twice, once late October 2022, and again in late January 2023, as I was attending a Coach Course at the Sports Centre nearby.
The accomodation is lovely, really well kept and pleasant to visit!
The beds were really comfy, the rooms the perfect temperature and the bathrooms incredibly clean.
Margaret was a great host, very friendly and welcoming, who upgraded me (the second time) to a double room (instead of single) for no extra cost!
The food was good, and very easy to access at all times.
Definitely worth the money!
I've recommended this to a number of friends for if they ever visit Dundee, and will continue to do so!

Went for a brief trip with my sister to see our Aunty in a nursing home. Couldn't fault the room or the service, and the Scottish breakfast was lovely. Our only criticism was the lack of privacy through the large windows. Anne was a great host, and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Great Guesthouse, proprietor friendly, helpful but not intrusive. Room was fantastic, bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was gorgeous and a great range available. Only moan is poor pressure in the shower!

Lovely & tidy place, excellent location for coming by car. More than that, fantastic people who are running this house! We stayed 3 nights; enjoying breakfasts & chatting with Ariel. At our next return to Dundee, we choose this B&B again, no doubt.

Reasonable location (20 mins walk to centre) very clean with pleasant host. Great breakfast. On a busy road, but quiet enough at night.

Very close to the main routes
Far enough away from the town centre to ensure a restful night but its easy enough to get there by foot or bus

I stayed with Margaret and Ariel at the Alberta Guest House for a week and I could have stayed longer! It was a true vacation, in the best sense of the word. Between the two of them they had fantastic suggestions for different activities targeted to my specific interests every day - there are more museums, restaurants, nature walks, and historic sites than I could see in a week, and I plan to return with my family as soon as possible. The attention Margaret and Ariel have paid to details both big and small make Alberta Guest House a lovely, welcoming place. Highly recommend!

Fantastic cosy B&B. Room was so comfortable and the bed was superb. Great nights sleep. Room came with the mod coms. Including 2G or 5G. USB ports. Coffee and tea. Great value with a breakfast. Free Parking next to the B&B. Highly recommended a stop here. Much more inviting then the larger hotel chains. 10 out of 10 😊👍

Lovely, kind and helpful lady. The room was clean and spacious. We got a lovely welcome and she provides everything you need. Book direct and you will even save a few pounds. There was a fantastic selection at breakfast too.

Wonderful hosts. Very friendly and happy to chat with us, answered questions we had about the local area. Went out of their way to provide us with accommodation when we decided to stay an extra couple of nights.
